Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Specialist - HRO Payroll & Benefits to lead end-to-end UK payroll operations from India. You will validate data for starters, leavers, salary changes and bonuses, ensuring correct PAYE and National Insurance calculations while maintaining statutory compliance.

The role requires strong UK payroll knowledge and familiarity with Workday/UKG systems. The position offers a fast-paced, global environment with data security at its core and opportunities for growth in AI-enabled

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in commerce, economics, finance, or MBA/analytics is preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of UK payroll rules, RTI, and HMRC compliance.
• Experience with SAP, Workday, UKG or similar payroll systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end UK payroll operations with accuracy and timeliness.
• Validate data for starters, leavers, changes, bonuses and deductions.
• Ensure correct PAYE, NI, pensions, and statutory payments are calculated.
• Audit payroll output and ensure GDPR and data protection compliance.
