Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Sr. Associate - HRO - Payroll & Benefits in Hyderabad to support payroll processing and benefits administration. You will assist in calculating payroll components, regulatory compliance, and leave tracking, while coordinating with HR and Finance to resolve queries.

The role requires a solid foundation in global payroll, HCM, and ERP systems (SAP/Workday), with certifications like CPP or PHR viewed favorably.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in commerce, economics or finance; MBA preferred.
• CPP or PHR certification is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with SAP ERP and Workday payroll systems.
• Knowledge of payroll regulations and benefits administration.

Responsibilities

• Support payroll processing activities for timely salary disbursements.
• Assist in calculating payroll components such as deductions, bonuses and taxes.
• Help administer employee benefits including health insurance and leave tracking.
• Stay informed about basic regulatory requirements related to payroll and benefits.

• Provide assistance to employees on routine payroll and benefits questions.
