Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Sr. Specialist - HRO - Payroll & Benefits to oversee end-to-end payroll operations, administer employee benefits, and ensure compliance with laws and company policies.

You will work closely with HR and Finance teams to resolve issues and provide expert guidance on payroll matters. The role requires a strong background in payroll/compliance, CPP/CPA certifications are a plus, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degrees in relevant fields (Commerce/Economics/Finance or MBA/Analytics).
• Certifications in payrolls such as CPP/CPA are advantageous.
• English language proficiency (Advanced - C1) is required.

• Oversee and manage end-to-end payroll processing with accurate salary calculations, deductions, bonuses, and taxes.
• Administer employee benefits programs including health insurance and retirement plans.
