Job summary

Genpact in India is seeking a Payroll & Benefits specialist to oversee end-to-end payroll processing, ensure accurate salaries, deductions, bonuses, and taxes, and administer employee benefits programs. Qualifications

Job Description Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing.
• Ensure the accurate calculation and processing of salaries, deductions, bonuses, and taxes.
• Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management.
• Stay updated with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards regarding payroll and benefits.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to align payroll and benefits operations and resolve any related issues.
• Provide expert guidance and support to employees on payroll and benefits-related queries.
• Monitor compliance with payroll and benefits policies to ensure adherence to company standards and legal requirements.
