Job summary

Genpact seeks a Specialist - HRO - Payroll & Benefits to manage payroll and benefits processing, ensuring accurate enrollment and compliance across programs. The role requires expertise in payroll systems, benefits audits, and benefit program administration.

Ideal candidates will have a strong background in COBRA, FSA, and regulatory ACA processes, with hands-on experience in Workday and PeopleSoft environments, and excellent English communication skills. Hybrid work arrangement offered in India.

Qualifications
