Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Specialist - HRO - Payroll & Benefits in India to manage end-to-end payroll and benefits administration within a hybrid work setup. The role requires strong knowledge of global payroll processes, regulatory compliance, and effective stakeholder collaboration.

The ideal candidate holds CPP/CPA or equivalent finance qualifications, with experience in compensation program design and employee lifecycle management, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in commerce/economics/finance or MBA with analytics focus.
• Professional certifications CPP or CPA strongly preferred.
• Experience designing and managing compensation programs and global payroll processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing with accuracy in salary, deductions, bonuses, and compliance.
• Administer employee benefits including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management.
• Ensure payroll and benefits compliance with laws, regulations and internal controls.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance to resolve queries and ensure smooth processes.
• Provide guidance to employees on payroll and benefits policies and queries.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes impacting payroll and benefits.
