Job summary

Genpact Ltd. is seeking a Sr. Specialist - HRO - Payroll & Benefits to lead end-to-end payroll processing and benefits administration in Bengaluru.

You will ensure accurate salary calculations, deductions, bonuses, and statutory compliance while collaborating with HR and Finance teams to resolve queries and maintain smooth operations. The role requires strong data-driven process improvement, HR operations experience, and proficiency in English at a high level.

Qualifications

• Experience with payroll and benefits processing
• Knowledge of statutory payroll compliance
• Familiarity with CPP/CIPP certifications is a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing including salary calculations, deductions, bonuses and compliance.
• Administer employee benefits such as health insurance and retirement plans.
• Ensure payroll and benefits comply with laws and internal controls.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance to resolve payroll/benefits queries.
• Provide guidance to employees on payroll policies and respond to routine/escalated queries.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes affecting payroll and benefits.
