Genpact is seeking a Sr. Specialist - HRO - Payroll & Benefits to manage end-to-end payroll and benefits operations in India. The role requires coordinating with HR and Finance, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing policy guidance to employees.

You will stay updated on changes in payroll laws and industry practices, driving data-driven improvements and lean processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or MBA with a focus in business/commercial disciplines.
• Strong grasp of payroll, benefits administration, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with data-driven process improvement in HR operations.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing including salary calculations, deductions, bonuses, and statutory compliance.
• Administer employee benefits programs (health insurance, retirement plans, leave management) in line with policy.
• Ensure payroll and benefits processes comply with laws and internal controls; collaborate with HR and Finance to resolve queries.

Job Description

Responsibilities: Manage end‑to‑end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy in salary calculations, deductions, bonuses, and statutory compliance. Administer employee benefits including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management in line with policy guidelines. Ensure payroll and benefits operations comply with applicable laws, regulations, and internal controls. Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to resolve payroll and benefits‑related queries and ensure smooth process execution. Provide guidance to employees on payroll and benefits policies, addressing routine and escalated queries. Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry practices impacting payroll and benefits administration.
