Job summary

Genpact Hyderabad is seeking a Specialist - HRO with a focus on Payroll & Benefits. You will manage end-to-end payroll processes, benefits administration, and compliance activities across open enrollment cycles.

Strong SAP/PeopleSoft exposure and CPP/CIPP credentials are valued, with open opportunities to work on COBRA, FSA, and ACA programs. The role requires collaboration with regional teams to ensure accurate payroll processing and benefit enrollment while handling inquiries and maintaining

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degrees in commerce/economics/finance; MBA or analytics master’s preferred.
• CPP and CIPP certifications add payroll credibility.
• CPA certification is an added qualification; relevant payroll expertise required.

Responsibilities

• Handle vendor error reports related to eligibility.
• Administer COBRA and FSA plans.
• Oversee online enrollment and process events in PeopleSoft.
• Conduct benefit audits and ensure accurate enrollment.
• Manage cyclical benefit programs including Open Enrollment.
• Enter elections into the system and ACA administration/compliance.
• Assist with employee benefit inquiries and perform other duties.

Job Description

• Handle error reports from vendors concerning eligibility issues.
• Administer COBRA and flexible spending account (FSA) plans.
• Oversee the online enrollment process.
• Process events in PeopleSoft.
• Conduct benefit audits to ensure accurate employee enrollment.
• Engage in cyclical benefit programs, including: Open enrollment processes
• Entering elections into the system
• Affordable Care Act (ACA) administration and compliance
• Assist with resolving employee benefit-related inquiries.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
