Job summary

Genpact India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Front Line Manager - HRO - Payroll & Benefits to lead end-to-end payroll operations and ensure timely payroll closure. You will review payroll taxes, oversee monthly filings, and coordinate with the Banking team for salary disbursements and tax payments.

You will mentor the payroll team, maintain cross-functional collaboration with Hiring, C&B, HR and Accounting, and drive process improvements in a fast-moving, AI-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Data-Driven Continuous Improvement experience.
• Strong HR operations background with payroll and benefits.
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies.

Job Description Responsibilities

• Maintain strong communication and collaboration with Hiring, C&B, HR, and Accounting teams to align payroll operations with cross-functional impacts.
• Mentor and guide the payroll team to optimize performance and ensure process efficiency.
