Job summary

Propsalt Landbase Pvt. Ltd. in Gurugram seeks a senior Sales Leader to mentor a team of Sales Managers and Executives, drive residential and commercial property sales, and implement strategies to maximize revenue.

You will conduct client meetings, site visits, and coordinate with marketing and operations to ensure a seamless customer experience while building relationships with developers, channel partners, and clients.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in real estate sales.
• 2+ years in leadership or team management.
• Strong knowledge of Gurugram real estate market.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
