We need a General Sales Manager who can lead a growing sales team with clarity, confidence, and strong ownership. You will own revenue targets, team performance, and the quality of every client experience across our premium project portfolio in Gurugram. This is a leadership role for someone who has already proven themselves in real estate sales and is ready to take on a wider responsibility.
Day-to-day, you will guide your team through daily targets, review the sales pipeline, support closures on key deals, and step in personally when a high-value client needs senior attention. You will also be the link between the sales team and management, bringing back market feedback, sharing results honestly, and helping shape strategy based on what is really happening on the ground.
We value leaders who lead by example. The right person for this role will mentor people patiently, hold the team to high standards, celebrate wins together, and stay calm under pressure. If you enjoy building people as much as closing deals and want to grow with a company expanding in the luxury real estate space, we would love to hear from you.
This position offers real influence. Your ideas on team structure, incentives, and the sales process will be heard and acted on, and you will have the freedom to build a sales culture that is disciplined, respectful, and results-driven. Strong performers can grow into wider leadership roles as the company expands.
