Job summary

Aerolam Insulations in Pune is seeking a Senior Sales Executive / ASM for its Packaging division. You will develop new customers, drive B2B packaging sales, and manage existing accounts to achieve aggressive targets.

Ideal candidates have 4–8 years of packaging industry experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a proven industrial customer network in Pune. This is a Pune-based, on-site role with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Packaging industry experience is mandatory.
• Experience in selling Corrugated Boxes, Pallets, Mono Cartons, Returnable Packaging, or other Industrial Packaging products.
• Strong B2B sales and business development experience.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
