Job summary

Gulmohar Pack Tech in Pune seeks a proactive Sales Coordinator to support our Sales & Marketing team and ensure smooth coordination between customers and internal departments. You will handle inquiries, quotations, orders, and delivery requirements, while coordinating with Production and Planning for timely execution.

The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of experience in Sales Coordination or related roles within a manufacturing/packaging environment and strong customer follow-up skills.

Qualifications

• Graduate or diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in Sales Coordination or related roles.
• Experience in manufacturing/packaging environment preferred.
• Strong customer coordination and order management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with customers regarding enquiries, quotations, orders and delivery requirements.
• Receive and process customer enquiries, POs and sales orders.
• Prepare quotations, order confirmations and sales-related documentation.
• Coordinate with Production and Planning teams for order execution and delivery schedules.
• Follow up with Stores, Quality and Dispatch teams to ensure timely order completion and dispatch.
• Monitor order status from PO receipt to final delivery.
• Maintain regular communication with customers regarding order status, delivery schedules and pending requirements.
• Coordinate with the Accounts team for payment follow-up and outstanding receivables.
• Prepare and maintain daily/weekly/monthly sales MIS reports.
• Maintain customer records, sales data, order trackers and other relevant reports.
• Handle customer complaints and coordinate with the concerned departments for timely resolution.
• Support the sales team in preparing presentations, reports, quotations and other sales documents.
• Maintain proper records of customer communications, enquiries, orders and dispatches.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve order-related issues and avoid delays.
• Provide regular updates to the Sales Manager regarding order status, pending enquiries and customer requirements.
• Support the sales team in achieving customer satisfaction and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
