Rajratna Polymers is seeking a confident Sales & Marketing Executive to fuel growth in our plastic packaging division. The role blends aggressive field sales with long-term client retention to build recurring orders.

The ideal candidate will visit target B2B clients, manage inquiries, and drive end-to-end order processing while achieving defined sales targets and earning performance-based commissions.

Qualifications

• 2 to 10 years in B2B field sales, industrial sales, packaging material sales, or allied sectors.
• Excellent verbal communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and basic English.
• Self-motivated, presentable and able to handle corporate/industrial buyers with confidence.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field visits to target B2B clients (Dairies, Food Processing Units).
