Job summary

Recex is seeking a Sr. HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT roles in Kolkata. The role involves sourcing candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other channels, screening CVs, coordinating interviews, and managing offers and joining processes. You will maintain recruitment MIS and build a strong candidate network.

The ideal candidate has experience in Non-IT sectors such as manufacturing, FMCG, retail, and logistics, and can meet recruitment targets within deadlines.

Qualifications

• Experience in Non-IT/general recruitment is preferred.
• Ability to handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
• Strong sourcing through job portals and networks.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT positions.
