The ideal candidate has 15–20 years in recruitment and staffing, deep expertise in volume hiring, and experience with recruitment consultancies or staffing firms, with strong leadership and client-management skills.

Qualifications

• 15–20 years of experience in Recruitment & Staffing.
• Strong expertise in Volume Hiring and BPO Recruitment.
• Experience with a Recruitment Consultancy or Staffing Firm preferred.
• Proven experience managing large recruitment teams and multiple client accounts.
• Strong understanding of sourcing strategies, recruitment funnels, SLAs, conversion ratios, and large-scale hiring.
• Excellent leadership, client management, communication, and analytical skills.
