IntouchCX in Hyderabad is seeking experienced candidates for an International Voice Process role. You should have C1-level English and at least 6 months of experience in an international voice process.

Freshers are not eligible, and night shifts may be required. The role involves handling inbound/outbound calls, resolving queries, maintaining high service standards, following guidelines, and accurately documenting interactions in the system.
