Overview

🚀 We’re Hiring: Sr. Performance Marketing Manager – Meta & Google Ads

📍 Location: Remote (Might have to work from Pune office once in a while)

💰 Salary: Up to ₹100,000/month (Negotiable based on experience & expertise)

Responsibilities

• Strategize, execute, and optimize performance campaigns on Meta & Google Ads.
• Build and manage TOF–MOF–BOF funnels that convert effectively.
• Manage monthly ad spends of ₹10L–₹50L+ profitably.
• Collaborate with creative teams to ideate ad concepts, hooks, and A/B tests.
• Analyze performance metrics — CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, CPA, LTV — and take data backed actions.
• Implement and manage tracking setups (Pixel, CAPI, GA4).
• Present insights, learnings, and reports to clients.
• Develop high performing ad scripts and creative concepts for Performance Marketing.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience in marketing
• Ability to multi task
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
• Minimum 4 years of Agency experience is required
