Job summary

Faihai - D2C Marketing Agency in Bengaluru is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to own Meta and Google Ads campaigns end-to-end, from setup to scaling, and to drive growth for D2C brands.

You will track, analyze, and optimize performance, build dashboards in Excel/Sheets, and collaborate with content, design, and brand teams to ensure messaging and creative strategy are aligned.

In this small team, you’ll gain real ownership, see tangible impact, and grow quickly with founders guidance.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years running Meta + Google Ads with strong results to show.
• Comfortable working with data and building clear performance dashboards.
• Know your way around ad structures, targeting logic, pixel setup, and attribution.
• Based in Bangalore and ready to work from our Indiranagar office (this is not a remote role).
• Get the chance to work directly with growing and legacy brands.

We’re now looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to join us and take charge of scaling campaigns across Meta and Google.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage Meta and Google ad campaigns end-to-end from setup to scaling.
• Track, analyze, and optimize for real results (ROAS, CAC, the works).
• Build and manage performance reports in Excel/Sheets.
• Work closely with the content, design, and brand teams to align messaging and creative strategy.
