Job summary

Narayan Social, a digital hotel growth agency, is hiring a Performance Marketing Executive to manage paid campaigns across Meta and Google. This remote, full-time role is open to freshers and offers salary ₹10,000–₹15,000 per month based on experience.

You will plan, execute, and optimize ads, conduct audience and keyword research, set up GA4 and Meta Pixel, monitor performance metrics, run A/B tests, and report results to drive direct bookings for hotels.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing and conversion optimization.
• Experience with lead generation and campaign analytics.
• Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns independently.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Hospitality or travel industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads.
• Generate qualified leads, hotel enquiries, and direct bookings.
• Conduct audience research, keyword research, and competitor analysis.
• Set up and monitor Meta Pixel, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
• Monitor campaign performance, budgets, CPC, CTR, CPL, CPA, and ROAS.
• Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
• Prepare performance reports and recommend strategies to improve results.
• Manage multiple client accounts and coordinate with the website and creative teams.
