Job summary

A performance marketing agency is seeking a Media Buyer to manage ad campaigns on Meta and diagnose low ROAS issues. This remote role offers freedom, mentorship from a founder, and opportunities to work with funded DTC brands. Candidates should have 1-3 years' experience managing paid campaigns. Responsibilities include creating campaigns, optimizing based on key metrics, and delivering weekly reports. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Run and manage ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram).
• Proactively fixing KPI issues.
• Diagnosing causes for low ROAS.
• Create and manage campaigns, ad sets, creatives, audiences, and budgets.
• Monitor key metrics and optimize accordingly.
• Deliver weekly reports for clients.
• Join internal review calls and collaborate with teams.

• Run and manage ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
• PROACTIVELY FIXING KPI ISSUES
• DIAGNOSING CAUSES FOR LOW ROAS
• Create and manage campaigns, ad sets, creatives, audiences, and budgets
• Monitor key metrics like ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPA and optimize accordingly
• Deliver weekly reports for clients using Google Sheets or dashboards
• Join internal review calls and collaborate with the sales and client teams
• Stay updated with the latest platform policies, targeting strategies, and ad trends
• Strong understanding of performance metrics and funnel strategy
• Experience in the eCommerce space is a bonus
• Clear communication skills and a proactive mindset
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
