DMart is seeking a Sr Officer Compliance/Asst. Manager Compliance based in Pune/Nashik. The role requires 3+ years of experience and an education of Any Graduate. You will manage statutory registrations, liaise with government authorities, and ensure timely filing of PF/ESI/PT and related returns.

The position involves handling employee queries and maintaining compliance records, with focus on accuracy and adherence to regulatory requirements. Age ceiling is up to 32 years.

• 3+ years of experience in compliance or statutory regulations.
• Graduation is mandatory.
• Age up to 32 years.

Responsibilities

• Will handle Statutory Registrations & liaison with government authorities for Provident Fund, Employees State Insurance Corporation, Professional Tax, MLWF, Contract Labour Act, etc.
• Adherence and identification of applicability of statutory rules & regulations.
• Calculation and preparation of error-free PF/ESI/PT challans in standard format and timely submission.
• Work on collection, transfer, withdrawal, verification & submission of forms and maintaining the database (Challans & Returns).
• Handling employee queries and preparation/submission of all returns.
