Qualifications

• MBA HR or MSW MLS with 1–2 years in compliance
• Experience in Indian labour laws and contractor compliance
• Proficient in online labour compliance formalities (PF/ESI/PT)

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations (EPF, ESIC, Minimum Wages Act, Payment of Wages Act, Contract Labour regulations)
• Manage online completion of PF, ESI, PT, attendance, payroll
• Monitor statutory compliance of contractors at project sites
• Maintain records: attendance, wage registers, muster rolls, leave, statutory returns
• Coordinate monthly compliance audits for contractors and close observations
• Remittance and reconciliation of EPF, ESIC, Labour Welfare Fund
• Liaise with government authorities during audits
• Ensure licenses and registrations are valid and renewed
• Prepare statutory returns/reports and MIS
• Conduct awareness sessions on labour law compliance
• Support HR operations: onboarding, documentation, grievances, investigations at sites

• Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws and statutory regulations, including EPF, ESIC, Minimum Wages Act, Payment of Wages Act, and Contract Labour regulations.-License and Registration
• Well Conversant with On line formalities. It is mandatory to know On Line completion of formalities of PF, ESI PT and On line attendance, pay roll management.
• Monitor and verify statutory compliance of contractors and subcontractors deployed at project sites.
• Review and maintain records related to employee attendance, wage registers, muster rolls, leave records, and statutory returns.
• Coordinate monthly compliance audits for contractors and ensure timely closure of observations and non-compliances.
• Facilitate timely remittance and reconciliation of EPF, ESIC, Labour Welfare Fund, and other statutory contributions.
• Liaise with government authorities, labour departments, PF/ESIC officials, and inspectors during audits, inspections, and enquiries.
• Ensure all labour licenses, registrations, and statutory certificates are valid and renewed within stipulated timelines.
• Prepare and submit statutory returns, reports, and compliance MIS to management as per project requirements.
• Conduct awareness sessions for contractors, supervisors, and employees on labour law compliance and statutory obligations.
• Support HR operations related to on boarding, employee documentation, grievance handling, and compliance-related investigations at project sites.

Preferred candidate profile

• Any Graduate with experience 2 to 3 years of experience in HR statutory compliance, preferably in logistic, warehousing industries on, EPE,ESI , LWF, Professional Tax,
• Thorough knowledge of Indian labour laws and contractor compliance management.
