Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Senior Pricing professional to lead commercial frameworks for RFPs across global clients. You will orchestrate solutions with IT, transitions and leadership, crafting cost-saving and growth initiatives. Leverage AI, automation, and advanced pricing analytics to strengthen proposals and win rates.

You will prepare leadership dashboards and guide contractual negotiations, ensuring compliance with commercial guidelines while driving competitiveness across deals and renewals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degrees in accounting, commerce, economics or finance.
• Masters in finance is desirable.
• ACCA/ CMA/ CIMA and SAP/Excel certifications add value.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute the Commercial framework and proposals for new RFPs.
• Interact with Solutions, IT, Transitions, and Senior Leadership during RFPs.
• Structure cost-saving and revenue-improvement initiatives for clients.
• Participate in client contract negotiations and commercial governance.
• Apply automation and AI insights to pricing during RFP cycles.
• Create dashboards with analytics for leadership and drive process simplification.
