Job summary

Genpact in India is seeking a Senior Manager - Pricing to lead commercial pricing strategies for global client engagements. You will design pricing frameworks, drive initiatives to improve competitiveness, and partner with leadership across solutions, IT and transitions.

The role emphasizes strong analytics, stakeholder management and experience in contract negotiations to maximize value for diverse clients. This is a hybrid role based in India.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level accounting, commerce, economics or finance degrees; master’s in finance preferred.
• ACCA/ CMA/ CIMA or equivalent certifications valued.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and financial modelling.
• Experience in contract pricing and deal structuring in global client settings.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute the commercial framework and proposal for new RFPs for global clients.
• Interact with Solutions, IT, Transitions and Senior Leadership during RFP cycles.
• Structure cost-saving and revenue-improving initiatives for clients.
• Participate in client contract negotiations and ensure compliance with commercial guidelines.
