Job summary

Genpact in India is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead data-driven client engagements, drive AI and cloud initiatives, and deliver large-scale transformation programs.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines and budgets, and partner with Transformation leadership to shape business outcomes. This role requires strong communication and a track record of delivery in complex environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or MBA in business/commerce/analytics required.
• AWS certification preferred.
• Strong experience in project management and delivery.
• Ability to work in hybrid/India location.

Responsibilities

• Problem solving on client situations using data-driven approaches to shape best-in-class solutions.
• Familiarity with software development methodologies and strong communication.
• Assist with business diagnostics, organization design, and finance system implementation.
