Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Senior Manager - Pricing to lead commercial pricing strategies for global clients. You will shape pricing frameworks, participate in RFPs, and drive cost-saving initiatives across deals. The role emphasizes collaboration with Solutions, IT, and leadership to deliver competitive, compliant proposals.

You will work in a hybrid setup in India, engaging in complex pricing for digital and automation projects, and help senior leaders optimize profitability and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, commerce, economics or finance.
• Master’s in finance is a plus.
• ACCA/CIMA or similar certifications are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute the Commercial framework and proposal for new or existing global client RFPs.
• Interact with Solutions, IT, Transitions and senior leadership during RFP cycles.
• Structure cost-saving and revenue-improving initiatives for clients.
• Participate in contract negotiations with clients.
