Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Lead - Pricing to own pricing strategy across complex RFPs and renewals in a hybrid work setup in India. You will partner with cross-functional teams to optimize costs, enhance revenue, and govern pricing decisions.

Required are advanced finance qualifications (Bachelors in Accounting/Commerce/Economics/Finance and a Finance Master’s), plus strong pricing analytics, deal structuring, and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degrees in Accounting, Commerce, Economics or Finance.
• Master's in Finance.
