Job summary

Genpact in Bengaluru seeks a Senior Manager - Commercials to lead strategic commercial operations, analyze market trends, and collaborate across sales, finance, product, and legal teams. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degrees in Commerce, Economics, or Finance; MBA or MS in Business Analytics preferred.
• PMP certification and Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant certification.
• Strong data analytics and financial analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance efficiency, scalability, and effectiveness of commercial operations.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, customer insights, and competitive dynamics to identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (sales, finance, product, legal, operations) to align commercial activities with overall business objectives.
• Monitor, track, and optimize KPIs to assess the success of commercial initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of commercial operations professionals, fostering high performance, innovation, and accountability.
• Oversee contracts, pricing structures, and commercial negotiations to maximize profitability while minimizing risk exposure.
• Prepare and deliver regular reports, insights, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership to support informed decision-making.
