Pacific Group in Ahmedabad seeks a Sr Manager Human Resources Business Partner to align HR strategy with business goals, drive employee engagement, and foster a high-performing culture.

You will partner with leaders on succession planning, performance management, change management, and DEI initiatives, using HRIS data to guide decisions and improve retention. This role requires 10+ years of HRBP experience and strong communication to influence across levels.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field; Master's degree or HR certification preferred.
• 10+ years of experience as an HRBP or in a related HR role.
• Strong understanding of HR functions including performance management, talent development, employee relations, change management and people management.
• Proficient in HRIS and data analysis with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization and build strong, collaborative relationships.
