Job summary

Genpact Hyderabad is seeking a Global Delivery Leader to shape and execute operational excellence across delivery operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor leaders, and drive Lean, Six Sigma and digital transformation initiatives to improve efficiency, quality, and scalability.

You will analyze performance metrics, ensure regulatory and governance compliance, and partner with senior stakeholders to align objectives with business goals while fostering a high-performance

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Commerce, Economics, Finance, or MBA related.
• Demonstrated experience in operations leadership and process improvement.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma and digital transformation methods.
