Job summary

Sheth Developers in Mumbai seeks a senior architect with extensive experience in residential and commercial projects across Mumbai and the MMR. You will drive design developments, coordinate with architects, structural, MEP, landscape, interior design, façade, lighting, vertical transport and traffic consultants to ensure timely delivery of drawings and information.

The ideal candidate has at least 12 years in architectural design, including 5 years with design firms and 10 years with reputed

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of architectural design experience.
• Around 5 years with design firms and 10 years with reputed real estate companies in Mumbai.
• Experience on residential & commercial projects in Mumbai & the MMR.
• Capable of coordinating with all consultants (architects, structural, MEP, landscape, interior design, façade, lighting, vertical transport & traffic).
• Strong planning skills, knowledge of construction technology, materials, and local bye-laws.
• Ability to drive projects independently with stakeholders and ensure timely deliverables.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Job description

The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in the field of architectural design with an experience of about 5 years with design firms and 10 years with reputed real estate companies in Mumbai. He / she should have worked on residential & commercial projects in Mumbai & the MMR and should be capable of coordinating with all consultants, including architects, structural, MEP, landscape, interior design, faade, lighting, vertical transport & traffic consultants. He / she should have very good planning skills, understanding of construction technology, materials and local bye-laws. He / she should be able to value add to design through his / her experience & knowledge. He / she should have site experience as well & should be able to resolve site related queries & suggest appropriate solutions. He / she should be able to drive the projects independently with all the stake holders and ensure timely deliverables of drawings & information, required by the different stake holders for successful completion of the project. He / she should be capable of handling multiple projects at a time.

Technical Skills: Should be conversant with AutoCAD and MS Office. Knowledge of SketchUp & Revit will be an added advantage.

Soft Skills: Should have excellent communication & project management skills.
