Talent Corner HR Services Pvt Ltd is seeking a Sr. Architect - Design & Planning in Mumbai (Bandra East) with 5+ years of experience and a Bachelor of Architecture. The role requires coordinating with consultants, developing design proposals, and producing detailed drawings for on-site delivery.

The candidate should showcase strong 3D visualization, portfolio quality, and knowledge of building codes and standards. Excellent drawing skills and the ability to work under deadlines are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Architecture and 5+ years of experience in design & planning for real estate projects.
• Must be able to coordinate with consultants and vendors and prepare detailed drawings.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating architectural design, 2D/3D drawings and aesthetic skills.

Responsibilities

• Take the brief to identify the project’s needs and prepare comparative reports and design proposals.
• Develop ideas keeping in mind organisation’s needs & building’s usage.
• Create, evaluate and alter designs to meet the organisation’s needs & produce detailed drawings and make necessary corrections.
• Coordinate with all consultants and vendors to ensure timely delivery of drawings on site.
• Compile project samples, specifications and selections.
• Make on site visits to check on project status and prepare monthly report on project.
• Follow architectural trends and advancements.
• Strong portfolio to prove aesthetic skills.
• Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.
• Excellent drawing skills and familiarity with design software 2D and 3D (Adobe Photoshop, Autodesk Revit).
• Strong imagination and the ability to think and create in three dimensions.
• Visual awareness and an eye for detail.
• Communication and project management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
