Job summary

Career Path HR Solution is seeking a Senior Architect for their Head Office in Goregaon with project-site exposure from Borivali to Bandra. You will lead architectural design, coordinate with consultants, and ensure compliance with DCR regulations and RCC/MEP considerations.

Ideal candidates hold a B.Arch. with 4–8 years of experience, strong technical skills in AutoCAD and 3D tools, and the ability to develop GFC drawings while coordinating with site teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Architecture (B.Arch.) from a reputed institute (mandatory).
• Master’s in Architecture (M.Arch.) (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Prepare concept and detailed architectural designs considering project feasibility, DCR regulations, and FSI calculations.
• Modify and enhance existing designs as per project or business requirements.
• Prepare presentation drawings, brochures, and 3D visualizations.
• Coordinate with liaison architects for documentation related to approvals (Concessions, IOD, CC, CFO, etc.).
• Collaborate with structural and MEP consultants to finalize RCC and service designs.
• Develop and issue Good for Construction (GFC) drawings incorporating consultant inputs.
• Coordinate with site execution teams for design clarification, inspection, and execution support.
• Ensure project delivery aligns with design intent, quality standards, and timelines.

Reporting To: Senior Architect / Team Lead

Qualification

• Bachelor’s in Architecture (B.Arch.) from a reputed institute (mandatory)
• Master’s in Architecture (M.Arch.) (preferred)

Technical Skills

• Proficient in AutoCAD, Google SketchUp, V‑Ray, 3ds Max, CorelDRAW, Photoshop, PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Word, and Revit
• Strong understanding of DCR, RCC, and MEP services
• Experience in site checking, coordination, and project execution
