Job summary

Sunteck Realty Ltd seeks an Architect to lead planning and design of high-rise residential projects in Mumbai, coordinating with engineering, electrical, and HVAC teams from concept to DD stage.

The role requires strong CAD skills (AutoCAD, Revit), excellent communication, and experience in project management, consultant negotiations, and statutory compliance. Bachelor's in Architecture is essential; Master's preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan and design building projects and oversee execution.
• Prepare designs, specifications, and cost estimates.

Job Description:

1) The Architect will plan and design, and/or facilitate the execution of new building designs, and plan, design and/or facilitate the execution of building expansions or renovations according to desires, and financial resources.

2) Prepares and presents designs, specifications, estimated costs, and proposed construction schedule.

3) Creates detailed plans integrating engineering, electrical, and HVAC considerations; presents plans for review and approvals.

4) Modifies new or existing plans as required.

5) Performs other related duties as assigned.

6) Excellent knowledge in Designing of High-rise Residential projects.

7) Proficient in Residential design management and planning, setting up systems and processes, consultant negotiation and appointment, execution coordination as well as statutory compliance.

8) Established relationships with leading global Architects and consultants across geographies and expertise.

9) Highly conversant in technology having led implementation for BIM, VR and 3D printing for various organizations.

10) Responsibilities includes holistic handling of project right from Concept stage to DD Stage making presentation to client, meeting with sales tender ,finishing schedule ,ID ,etc.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Extremely proficient with computer-aided design (CAD) software such as AutoCAD and Revit.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Excellent problem-solving, negotiation and consultation skills & Team Management.
• Ability to translate ideas into visual and/or tangible references such as drawings or models.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture required, Master’s degree preferred.
