Job summary

Wenwomen Entrepreneur Network is seeking a Senior Architect with 10-15 years of experience to lead architectural design and execution for high-rise residential and commercial projects from concept through completion.

The role involves reviewing drawings, preparing concept layouts and unit plans, and coordinating with MEP, landscape, interior, green building and other consultants to resolve issues and ensure timely design implementation.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of architectural experience in large firms or development groups.
• Experience leading high-rise residential/commercial projects.
• Strong ability to review drawings and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of high-rise codes and by-laws is a plus.
• Excellent design interpretation and execution skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design from concept to completion for high-rise projects.
• Review drawings and develop concept/block layouts and unit plans.
• Coordinate with MEP, landscape, interior and other consultants.
• Resolve technical/coordination issues and ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure design compliance with local building regulations.

Job description

Senior Architect with 10-15 years of experience in a reputed (Minimum 250 architectural firm or leading real estate/developer organization.

The candidate will be responsible for architectural design, coordination and execution of high-rise residential/commercial projects from concept and detailed drawings through completion. Key responsibilities include reviewing architectural drawings, preparing concept/block layouts and unit plans, coordinating with architects, MEP, landscape, interior, green building and other characters)* consultants, resolving technical/coordination issues, and ensuring timely design implementation and execution.

The candidate should have strong technical knowledge of high-rise construction and proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, SketchUp and 3D Max. Knowledge of KMC building by-laws is preferred.

Strong design interpretation, coordination and project execution skills are required.
