Job description

• Take the “brief” to identify the project’s needs and put together comparative reports and design proposals
• Develop ideas keeping in mind organisation’s needs & building’s usage.
• Create, evaluate and alter designs to meet the organisation’s needs & produce detailed drawings and make any necessary corrections.
• Coordinate with all consultants and vendors to ensure timely delivery of drawings on site.
• Compile project samples, specifications and selections.
• Make on site visits to check on project status and prepare monthly report on project.
• Follow architectural trends and advancements.
• Strong portfolio to prove aesthetic skills
• Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards
• Excellent drawing skills and familiarity with design software 2D and 3D (Adobe Photoshop, Autodesk Revit)
• Strong imagination and the ability to think and create in three dimensions
• Visual awareness and an eye for detail
