Job summary

Tata AIA Life Insurance is seeking a Senior Manager in Hyderabad to drive Automation Tracking of Training Records and ensure regulatory alignment. You will oversee Training Planning Coordination, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and deliver training-related reports and insights for all distribution channels.

Your role requires leadership of a small team, strong process orientation, and hands-on ownership of UAT and system enhancements to meet evolving regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Min. 8 years of experience in Financial / Training sector.
• Should have managerial experience with at least 4 staff.
• Graduation and proficiency in Excel and MS Access; negotiation skills.

Role Summary: Responsible for Automation Tracking of Training Records and ensuring enhancement as per business requirement and changes in regulations.

Geographic Area Covered Support all Distribution Channels with Training Administration Function (HO level)

Stakeholders Internal ZONE TPC TEAM, Trainers of all Distribution Channels - Agency, PD Rural Trainers of all Distribution Channels - Agency, PD Rural, Sales Force of all Channels for Training related activities, Purchase for commercials, Finance for payment, DOPs (candidate ID creation for training Exam related), IT (Insight related updates / enhancements), Legal Compliance Team for communication with IRDA

Stakeholders External Vendors for availing Training training related logistics, IRDA Accredited Training Institutes (ATIs), NSEIT - for IRDA Portal related issues
