Job summary

Wego Consultants in Bengaluru seeks a seasoned Sales Training and Channel Management leader to drive training roadmaps for partner branches and Sales teams. The role includes coaching Sales Managers and channel partners to improve performance, persistency, and product mix at 80%.

The position also involves MIS reporting on trainings, contributing to risk mitigation plans, and coordinating contingency and business continuity programs with multi-location teams. Fluency in English is essential.

Qualifications

• Post Graduate/Professional qualification or MBA.
• 10+ years of overall work experience in insurance distribution/sales management and/or recruitment and/or sales team training.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in working closely with and coaching teams.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Required Candidate profile

Technical / Functional skills:

• Post Graduate/Professional qualification or MBA
• The candidate should have 10 years of overall work experience, ideally within insurance distribution/sales management and/or recruitment and/or sales team training function or similar within other Financial Services.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in working closely with and coaching teams
