Job summary

PNB MetLife India Insurance Company seeks a seasoned Training Content Development leader to shape the organization’s learning agenda. You will guide content creation for Bancassurance, Agency, and other channels, and partner with Sales and Marketing to produce effective training aids.

You will design blended learning structures, implement certification and evaluation systems, and ensure content standardization across programs, working with LMS and on-field training initiatives.

Qualifications

• MBA or postgraduate/ professional degree is required.
• 10–15 years of experience in training or related fields.
• Experience with blended learning and LMS.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management.

Job description

• Leading a team of Training Content Developers


• Establish key Training strategy for the organization & create learning roadmaps specific to the learning requirement of the individual


• Driving the key training strategies laid down from time to time


• Partnering with the banks & other channel partners to create and execute learning strategies


• Creating & implementing various Training related processes to align with the IRDAI guidelines & organization board policies


• Content development using Instructional Design techniques and skills; Designing and developing contents and course material for training of various constituents of Bancassurance, Agency, Alternate Sales Teams & various other departments


• Partner with Sales and Marketing to create Sales and Training Aids


• On field training need analysis for various constituencies across all Sales functions.


• Develop and manage certification processes, Implementing evaluation process online and offline to create a robust feedback and tracking mechanism on knowledge and skills of all the trainees


• Ensure standardisation of delivery post content creation and measure training effectiveness


• Creating Blended Learning Structures for various programs for all channels & functions

• Proven abilities to lead a team of people


• Ability to strategize for the training organization which is in line with the training requirement of the organization


• Proven abilities in researching, adopting and introducing new training techniques, aids and technologies to manage change.


• Ability to influence without formal reporting lines, and relate to people at all levels.


• Excellent knowledge on Banking and Insurance.


• Ability to design different levels of certification programs across channels and functions.


• Ability to build uniformity & standardization in content.


• Ability to fulfil skills & developmental needs on eLearning platform & Learning Management System (LMS)


• Ability to manage both the creative and administrative aspects of the role.


• Degree/Diploma/ Certification in Instructional design & Adobe Captivate 9.


• Should have excellent knowledge of MS PowerPoint & MS Excel.
