Job summary

El Sewedy Industries Group in Korba is seeking an experienced Import & Export Logistics Coordinator to manage Sea, Air and Land shipments from initiation through final delivery, ensuring on-time performance and cost control.

You will handle shipment documentation, ensure accuracy of customs papers, operate the NAFEZA platform and ACID procedures, coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders and warehouses, monitor status, resolve issues, and maintain detailed records and periodic reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Commerce or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Logistics and Import/Export operations.
• Hands-on experience managing Sea, Air and Land freight shipments.
• Experience with NAFEZA platform and ACID procedures.
• Strong knowledge of import/export procedures, customs clearance and shipping documentation.
• Experience dealing with shipping lines, freight forwarders and brokers.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Very good English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on customs clearance activities and resolve shipment or documentation issues to avoid delays.
• Track shipments and provide regular updates on departure, arrival, customs clearance, and final delivery.
• Coordinate transportation and final delivery with warehouses and relevant internal departments.
• Review freight, clearance, and transportation quotations and follow up on related logistics costs.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and prepare periodic logistics and shipment-tracking reports.
• Ensure all Import & Export activities comply with applicable customs requirements and company procedures.
