Vagaro in Ahmedabad, India, is seeking a Senior IT Recruiter with strong IT recruitment experience to identify, engage, and close quality technical talent. The role is based in-office, requiring 4–6 years of IT hiring expertise and excellent communication skills.

You will own end-to-end recruitment, collaborate with hiring managers, source via multiple channels, screen for technical fit, and manage interviews, negotiations, and offers. A proactive, target-driven mindset is essential for success.

We are looking for a Senior IT Recruiter with strong IT recruitment experience, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to identify, engage, and close quality technical talent.

What You’ll Do

• Own end-to-end IT recruitment from requirement understanding to joining.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and candidate profiles.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, job portals, Breezy HR, and other channels.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, and organizational fit.
• Manage interviews, candidate follow-ups, salary discussions, negotiations, and offer closures.
• Handle counter-offers, competing offers, and notice-period challenges.
• Build pipelines for niche, critical, and senior-level IT positions.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and monitor TAT, closures, and Offer-to-Joining Ratio.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and strong stakeholder communication.

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of hands-on IT/Technical Recruitment experience.
• Strong track record of IT hiring and successful closures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong sourcing, screening, negotiation, and candidate engagement skills.
• Good understanding of IT roles, technologies, and technical requirements.
• Experience hiring Senior/Lead/Architect/Manager-level IT roles is an advantage.
• Strong ownership, follow-up, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.
• Proactive, target‑oriented, and result‑driven approach.
