Job summary

Adecco India is hiring a Sr. IT Consultant for Kolkata to support a Life Science lab IT environment. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of IT administration experience and advanced hands-on expertise with Microsoft Azure, Entra ID, and Intune.

Strong knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, SharePoint, Planner), plus a solid grounding in DNS, DHCP and VPNs, is required. Prior experience supporting IT infrastructure for laboratory or specialized medical equipment is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of professional experience in IT Administration.
• Advanced hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, Entra ID, and Intune.
• Deep knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, SharePoint, Planner).
• Strong understanding of core network technologies (DNS, DHCP, VPNs).
• Prior experience supporting IT infrastructure for laboratory or specialized medical equipment is preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal), strong troubleshooting mindset, and the ability to work independently and with global teams.
