Key Responsibilities

• Work on Laboratory Information Systems (LIS), including setup, access, and troubleshooting
• Manage ERP access and user permissions across teams
• Support CRM tools used for sales and client management
• Assist in network setup, troubleshooting, and system connectivityCoordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth system operations
• Maintain documentation for processes, access controls, and workflows
• Provide basic technical support to lab and field teams

Requirements

• Basic understanding of IT systems, networking, or software tools
• Interest in the healthcare or diagnostics domain
• Familiarity with ERP systems, CRM tools, and networking fundamentals
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
