Job summary

Health Care Global Enterprises seeks an experienced IT Manager to oversee IT operations across its PAN India laboratory network. You will manage Windows Server environments, Active Directory, network infrastructures, and LIMS interfaces, ensuring uptime and regulatory compliance.

The role covers IT assets, audits, budgets, project delivery, and support for NABL audits, with responsibility for AV systems in boardrooms and video conferencing. Bengaluru-based, PAN India scope.

Qualifications

• Experience with Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022) and Active Directory.
• Knowledge of LAN, WAN, VPN, VLAN, firewalls, wireless networks, switches and routers.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT operations and infrastructure across multiple laboratory units.
• Administer and maintain Windows Server environments and Active Directory.
• Manage and support LAN, WAN, VPN, VLAN, Firewalls, wireless networks, switches and routers.
• Monitor data centre infrastructure, server performance, network availability and system capacity.
• Manage IT assets, audits, hardware refreshes and budgets.
• Support LIMS, laboratory automation systems, instruments and LIMS interfaces.
• Troubleshoot critical application, network and laboratory system issues.
• Manage IT helpdesk operations, incident resolution, SLA adherence and change management.
• Support NABL audits related to IT systems and data management.
• Maintain IT infrastructure documentation, SOPs, asset records, audit documents and reports.
• Manage IT infrastructure projects including timelines, budgets, risks, resources and stakeholder communication.
• Support boardroom AV and video-conferencing systems.
