Responsible for application support for COTS laboratory systems such as SampleManager, OpenLab, LabWare, LabX, Nautilus LIMS, and Chromeleon, with mandatory hands‑on experience in at least one of the listed technologies. The role includes incident handling, service requests, and basic configuration tasks supporting daily lab operations. Experience in chemical lab environments or chemistry education is preferred.
