Job description

Position Summary

We are looking for an IT administrator to join the Corporate IT team from our Mumbai office. The role reports to the Manager, Information Technology and requires a self‑driven, highly organized individual who excels in a fast‑paced technology environment. The IT Administrator will be responsible for managing the day‑to‑day support of staff IT needs and maintaining the infrastructure that supports the organization.

Scope of Responsibilities
  • Employee Onboarding – Provisioning required equipment and tools access for new employees.
  • Personal Technology – Supporting laptops, cell phones and peripherals.
  • Office IT Infrastructure – Configuration and maintenance of printers, networks, projectors, conference devices and related equipment.
  • Global IT Tools – Managing tools, services and software such as email, instant messaging, video conferencing, telephony and file storage.
  • Customer service – Troubleshooting and restoring routine technical service and equipment problems, diagnosing faults using established processes.
  • Remote and in‑person support – Assisting staff with IT services and equipment.
  • Documentation – Recommending and documenting procedures and controls for problem prevention.
  • Collaboration – Working independently, sharing information and assisting others with work orders.
  • Hardware and software support – Performing diagnostic and corrective actions for hardware and software problems.
  • Service ticket management – Responding to, resolving and documenting service tickets in a timely manner according to service level agreements.
  • Vendor communication – Interacting with vendors to improve service or resolve issues.
  • Infrastructure management – Ensuring all IT systems that support businesses of any size function efficiently.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in end‑user desktop support or computer operations.
  • Degree, diploma or equivalent in a related field.
  • Experience supporting a Windows environment (AD, WSUS).
  • Experience supporting Apple macOS environments (Jamf a bonus).
  • Experience with Google G‑Suite admin console.
  • Experience supporting video‑conferencing equipment and software.
  • Solid understanding of computer networking and web‑based technologies.
  • Knowledge of Python scripting and API skills is an added advantage.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
