Job summary

Rishi Jobs is seeking an experienced plant HR professional to lead HR activities at our Gujarat/Vapi manufacturing site. The role focuses on sourcing and mobilising blue-collar workers, managing contractors, onboarding, attendance, payroll inputs, and welfare initiatives to reduce early exits.

The candidate should have 6+ years in manufacturing HR/IR with knowledge of the Factories Act, PF, ESIC and POSH, be firm but fair, confidential, and well connected in the local Vapi network.

Qualifications

• Graduate/PG HR/MSW/MPM.
• 6+ yrs manufacturing HR, IR & contract labour.
• Strong executor; local Vapi networks; Factories Act, PF, ESIC, POSH; confidential; settled in Vapi.

Responsibilities

• Be the full-time plant HR presence: source & mobilise blue-collar workforce, govern contractors & gate records, run onboarding, attendance, payroll inputs, statutory registers, personnel files, grievances, welfare & engagement to curb early exits.
