Concrete Shop in Gujarat seeks an experienced HR/IR professional to lead end-to-end plant-level HR operations. You will drive recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, and compliance across PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, and minimum wages, while managing employee relations and welfare programs.

Preferred candidates have 5-6 years in manufacturing IR, strong MS Office and HRIS skills, and willingness to operate in the Sanand/Ahmedabad belt.

Qualifikationen

• 5-6 years of HR and IR experience in a manufacturing/factory environment.
• Proficient in MS Office, HR software, and compliance reporting.
• Experience preferred in the Sanand/Ahmedabad industrial belt.

Aufgaben

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for shop-floor workers, staff, and contract labour.
• Coordinate manpower planning with plant heads, department managers, and labour contractors.
• Handle onboarding, induction, attendance, leaves, and payroll coordination.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws including PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, Minimum Wages, and filings.
• Maintain HRIS data, personnel files, HR MIS, and manpower reports.
• Handle employee grievances, industrial relations, and welfare activities.
• Coordinate performance appraisals, training, and safety induction.
• Manage plant administration, canteen, transport, and facilities.
• Support EHS initiatives, safety, and license renewals.
• Liaise with labour departments, inspectors, authorities, and manpower agencies.
• Monitor headcount, attrition, absenteeism, and compliance status.

Role & responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for shop-floor workers, staff, and contract labour.


• Coordinate manpower planning with plant heads, department managers, and labour contractors.


• Handle employee onboarding, induction, attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.


• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, including PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, Minimum Wages, and statutory filings.


• Maintain employee records, HRIS data, personnel files, HR MIS, and manpower reports.


• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, industrial relations, and welfare activities.


• Coordinate performance appraisals, training programs, skill development, and safety induction.


• Manage plant administration, housekeeping, canteen, transport, and facility-related activities.


• Support EHS initiatives, workplace safety, contractor access control, fire safety, and licence renewals.


• Liaise with labour departments, factory inspectors, government authorities, and manpower agencies.


• Monitor headcount, attrition, absenteeism, and compliance status.


• Coordinate with Corporate HR and Management for HR policies and plant operations.

Preferred candidate profile

• 5 - 6 years of experience in HR and Industrial Relations (IR) within a manufacturing or factory environment.


• Proficiency in MS Office, HR software, HR MIS, and compliance reporting.


• Proactive, hands-on, and ownership-driven, with the ability to manage independent plant-level HR operations.


• Candidates with experience in the Sanand / Ahmedabad industrial belt will be preferred.
